Due to inclement weather and dangerous road conditions, USD 346 has cancelled all classes and activities for Friday, March 11. Please remember that next week is Spring Break and classes will resume on Monday, March 21. Stay safe!!

Congratulations to Corbin White on his 6-1 victory last night at the Metro Classic! Corbin closes out his high school wrestling career at 125 wins and 20 losses, a 4 time regional champion, a 4 time state qualifier, with a 3rd place finish at state as a sophomore and a Two-Time State Champion! Great job Corbin on a phenomenal career representing Jayhawk Linn!

Our State Champion Corbin White will be wrestling in the prestigious Metro Classic this evening at 6:30pm at Avila University. It's a dual that pits Kansas vs Missouri. Corbin will be wrestling a State Runner up from Missouri. You can watch tonight using the following link. Today, USD 346 was notified by the Kansas Department of Education that the CDC is no longer recommending the wearing of masks on buses or vans for public schools. As of today, February 28, USD 346 will no longer be requiring masks on school provided transportation.

Corbin White won a 2-0 decision in the semifinals yesterday to give himself a chance today to wrestle for his 2nd state title! Andres Flores lost a tough hard fought match in the semifinals 10-3 and he will wrestle again today for a state medal! Good Luck Today Corbin and Dre!

Corbin White and Andres Flores both win in quarterfinals to advance to the semifinals to be wrestled later today!! Corbin won by 6-1 decision! Dre won by pin in the 2nd round! Bowen Wade will wrestle next in the 1st round of the consolation side.

Corbin White and Andres Flores both advance to the championship quarterfinal matches by winning their first match. White won by fall, and Flores won by decision. Both will wrestle again today in the quarterfinals. Bowen Wade lost by fall and will wrestle again today in the first consolation round.

Jayhawk Wrestling State Championship Wrestling Tourney today and tomorrow can be watched at the following link if you want to pay for the video or you can monitor results of the matches on trackwrestling.com without video. The Jayhawks will be wrestling in the 1-3A tournament today and tomorrow in Hays, KS. The first round begins at 10am today and will start on Saturday at 9am. High School Basketball Substate Brackets are out on the KSHSAA website, all opening round games are hosted at the higher seed school. Jayhawk Linn Varsity Girls will travel Monday, February 28th to Pittsburg-St. Mary’s Colgan and play at 7pm Jayhawk Linn Varsity Boys will travel Tuesday, March 1st to Yates Center and play at 7pm. Semifinal and Finals will be hosted by Uniontown High School Thursday, Friday, and Saturday next week
