Spirit Day Reminder: JES will participate in a Christmas Sweater Day on Friday, December 6th. For this special day students may wear a Christmas sweater, sweatshirt, or shirt. Anything goes: DIY, colorful, festive, likely to belong to mom or grandma, adorable, sparkling, beautifully tacky, ugliest. Join the Fun!

As we approach the Thanksgiving Break, we have been thinking about and are so thankful for the opportunities we have to work with your children. Additionally, we are so proud of the growth and successes of all of our students during this school year. They are fun, focused, dedicated, and persevere during their learning! Jayhawk Linn Varsity Basketball travels to Uniontown tonight for the Jamboree Games begin at 6:30pm girls team will play in the north gym ( High School Gym) and boys in the south gym ( Elementary Gym). Both Jayhawk Teams will actually play the second, third and sixth games of the night in both gyms. Each “game” is limited to two 4 minute quarters. Jayhawk Teams will be playing shortened format games against Marmaton Valley, South Coffey County and Uniontown Admission: $5 adults/ $3 students Good Luck Jayhawks!

Admission will not be charged tonight at Jayhawk Linn. Jayhawk Linn Girls Junior High Games will still be played at Pleasanton starting at 5:30pm
