Beginning tomorrow, January 29th, the KSHSAA limitations on spectators will broaden to include 4 spectators per participant. USD 346 has issued each participant four tickets to tomorrow's game against SE Cherokee. You will need to check in at the front gate and present your ticket along with the entry fee. Face coverings and Social Distancing are still mandatory. Please note that for the remainder of the Winter Season, each host school may have stricter spectator limitations. We will try to communicate any variation in spectator limitations ahead of each event.

Jayhawk Community - Thank you for helping us keep schools open. By wearing masks, abiding by social distancing guidelines, and washing/sanitizing hands frequently we have prevented the spread of the disease in our buildings. This continues to be a community effort, and we need your patience, cooperation, and understanding when your child has to miss school because of COVID guidelines. We have been successful in keeping our teachers and students healthy at school, and we know your willingness to follow our policies has helped tremendously. Some have forgotten the current guidelines, so we are posting them again below. For more detailed information, please review the full page of guidelines, or feel free to call our school nurse. Current school guidelines: 1. If your child has a fever or multiple symptoms, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL. For more detailed information about how long to keep them out of school, please review the full page of guidelines. You must have a note from physician or health department to return to school. Symptoms include: *Fever or chills *Headache *Cough *New loss of taste or smell *Shortness of breath *Sore throat or difficulty breathing *Congestion/runny nose *Fatigue *Nausea or vomiting *Muscle aches *Diarrhea 2. If your child has had “close contact” with a person who is confirmed positive for Covid-19, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL. Your child will need to be out of school for a minimum of 10 days, or until they are released by the Linn County Health Department. You must have a note to return to school. 3. If your child has a pending Covid-19 test, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL. You must have a note from physician or health department to return to school. 4. If someone in your child’s household is awaiting a Covid-19 test result, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL. You must have a note from physician or health department to return to school. Thank you!
