SENIOR SURVEY by Kansas State Department of Education-
In response to the closing of school buildings due to the pandemic, the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) has partnered with a group of senior high school students across the state to discuss ways in which the Class of 2020 could be honored during the month of May.
While high schools across the state are recognizing their graduates in a variety of ways, this group of senior leaders wanted to identify a special statewide program or initiative organized by members of the Class of 2020 to honor their senior year, which was cut short. Ideas have ranged from a statewide social media campaign to some sort of civic engagement activity that all seniors would take part in on a specified day.
Please answer the survey below by adding your best idea or ideas on how that could happen while also adhering to state and/or county restrictions due to COVID-19. Your idea might be the one selected for a statewide recognition of the Class of 2020.
