Advanced Art students took a field trip to Silver Dollar City in Branson Mo. Students learned vocabulary based on clay, blacksmithing, and glassblowing. With that vocabulary they formulated questions to ask the artisans. Students were also required to find their vocabulary terms on site. This trip allows students to see how a person can use their talent and art to make a living. After students finished their work we all ate lunch and enjoyed the afternoon.
